About the Artist

Andi Lynn Hama is an Artist and Educator based in Toledo, Ohio. She experiments in a wide variety of 2-D and 3-D media including glass, engraving, drawing, watercolor, acrylic, and fiber.

Andi attended Bowling Green State University, where she primarily studied education, drawing, and painting. She discovered glassblowing by taking studio electives and realized her true passion is within the glass community. She exhibited her 2-D and 3-D work in multiple shows in Northwest Ohio and received several awards and scholarships. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Art Education, Specializing in Glass in 2018.

Andi believes in her philosophy to serve as an Artist who teaches. She is currently the lead glassblowing instructor and production assistant at Firenation Glass Studio in Holland, Ohio and she also teaches Flameworking classes at the Toledo Museum of Art Glass Pavilion.
